2) Expired Ejector: A faulty ejector can also be the reason. made significant changes to the design of the ejector in some Gen4 models, greatly improving ejection efficiency. Also, if you have done a "conversion", converting 9mm to .40 (or vice versa), an ejector conversion is required. 3) Damaged parts: Improper distribution can be caused by faulty detectors. We have seen cases where the use of metal- or bimetal-sheathed ammunition has been associated with cycling problems. At first I thought this was due to the coating on the case being torn from the chamber, but there is a better explanation: metal-based ammunition does not expand as much as brass, so there is a lot of soot escape. box and into the room. A good way to determine if the clutch is your problem is to have a friend shoot your gun, to see if he has the same ejection problem you have. If not, then the holder may be at fault.
